Today I have posted a hand embroidery work. This post has two flower artworks. The stitches used to make them are
- Herringbone stitch
- Long and short stitch
- Satin stitch
- Back stitch
Herring bone stitch looks good for both outlining and filling. Long and short works well for giving a shaded effect. Satin stitch is a classic filling stitch. Back stitch gives a look of machine stitch and is good for outlining
The first flower work has long and short stitch and back stitch. The center is filled with golden colour 3Doutliner.
